Read moreThe food presented was okay, if you are hungry and need some place to eat. There is some variety, my hubby who is a picky eater managed to eat well here. We tries a bit of everything and to be honest, most food is very "indian" tasting. A lot of spicy and turmeric, some mixes of fruity sauces. If you really enjoy indian style food, this place is definitely for you. Personally, I really can't handle spice and most foods were very difficult to eat without my mouth burning, but my tolerance is very low. Hubby didn't think the food was spicy whatsoever.
The menu here changes constantly, so I don't think you can expect to eat the same things here everytime you come. This day they made a very delicious seitan strogonoff (too spicy for me) but it was very delicious. They seem to always have rice here.
They also had a gluten free chocolate cake, we tried it and it was good. The cake is very "dark chocolate" if you are into that. I think this restaurant seems to be very "healthy", the food they serve will definitely be light on your stomach.
In terms of price, we thought it was a bit expensive (15€ per person) but we both ate about 2 decentely filled plates, we left pretty pretty and satisfied. I don't think the food was bad, it just wasn't very much our taste. Also, they give you free lemonade. The restaurant seems to be more of an "experience" than a restaurant. If you ever wondered what it's like to eat at a spiritual retreat and what they serve there, this might be a place you'd want to try.

Our Favorite Spot in Porto! - Edit
This was our favorite place in Porto, and we ended up coming back twice! Everything was absolutely delicious, and we loved that it was all served buffet-style.

I've been coming here for three days for my lunch last month, and it's simply the best vegan place I've been to in Portugal so far. Buffet with various options, from European to Indian food, that change every day, will fit everyone's needs and is truly delicious. It surely exceeded my expectations. The dessert I tried was amazing as well! Friendly staff and great location.

Got to Porto pretty late. Found this place on happy cow and was so excited ! All you can eat buffet with rotating dishes daily. The options were amazing 👏 and the chocolate cake was delicious!

Local acolhedor, bonito, calmo, simpático, com muita variedade, para todos os gostos incluindo com algum sabor do oriente, com muita salada também, estava tudo delicioso e apelativo. O preço por menu é de 14.90€ adultos e crianças 9.50€, muito acessível, inclui sopa e oferta de um copo de limonada, podendo-se repetir os pratos do buffet quantas vezes desejar (all you can eat).

On the Main Street, all you can eat buffet. Soup, salads, hot mains. Amazing food. My lunch included 2 non traditional vegan pizzas, cauliflower poppers, tofu in sauce, a seitan stew, 2 x chickpea hot mains. Also free homemade lemonade.

Read morePour un prix raisonnable, vous avez droit à une soupe (très bonne), une limonade / citronnade maison et accès à un buffet. Il y a une grosse quinzaine de choix, de quoi satisfaire tout le monde.
J’ai rajouté un cheesecake fruit de la passion qui était vraiment excellent, je vous le recommande s’il est disponible lorsque vous venez, bravo au chef !

Read moreThe food was delicious and pretty healthy. I really appreciate eating somewhere where I feel properly nourished afterwards, rather than just full, and this definitely ticked that box.
To top it off, €13.50 for an all you can eat buffet including soup and lemonade is excellent value. I’ll definitely be back!

My only regret is that it took me so long to check out this amazing and very affordable restaurant. The all-vegan food was excellent, varied and all-you-can-eat for a very reasonable price. The buffet was continually replenished and featured several additions over the time I was there. Plus, the owner was very pleasant and helpfully explained all of the dishes. I think that I have a new favorite restaurant in Porto!

Uniquely and deliciously flavored buffet - Edit
I've been to quite a few vegan buffets, but this one stands out for its creative, original and deliciously spiced options. Everything I tried I loved, including the desserts... so even though you might be stuffed after this feast, save a little room for the dessert... you'll thank me later 😉 Bonus points for the owner being vegan and speaking a bunch of languages.

The proprietor, Najam, went out of his way to prepare a dish for my husband, who eats no salt oil or sugar (SOS free). The flavoring of the food is subtle and delicious, many of which have a hint of Asian spice. There is a good variety of dishes, from soup to tofu curry casserole, even some yummy desserts at an additional modest cost. The carrot, beet salad was our favorite. The fixed price of €13.50 seemed like a bargain for dinner. Plenty of place to sit inside at the 10 tables, or choose outside seating on a sunny day.

Came for the great reviews, but it did not level up to them. Was quite disappointed. Everything was rather bland. From previous vegan Indian buffets I have gotten wonderful flavors and a fresh serving.

Best was the soup and the little lentil(?)balls you filled up with a chickpea dish, mango sauce and another sauce. Would have been happy if everything else tasted as good as these.
