Vegan sandwich available

I asked if they had a vegan sandwich and a young man pointed one out to me. He explained it had veggies and vegan cheese. It was quickly heated for me and tasted good. Lots of veggies and "bread" seemed to be whole grain. Price was a bit high (7,70€) but maybe that's a normal price at a touristy train station?
Anyway, a good option for travellers.
I also saw the "croissant vegano".

Still have vegan croissants and plant milks

They still have a clearly labeled vegan croissant and plant milks. I didn’t see a plant based sandwich but also didn’t ask.

Vegan Croissant

Tasty vegan croissant filled with jam, marked as a new item. Idk how consistent the offering is?
Definitely perfect as a little snack before boarding your train!

Good sandwich

Although I could not find any vegan croissants, they did have a delicious plant-based sandwich.

Nothing vegan. Try across from it.

There weren't any vegan options when I went there in the morning, but the place just across from it (can't remember the name) had soya milk for coffee (only 20c upcharge) and a tasty vegan croissant with or without marmalade.
