We were exhausted from a long flight and found the cheerful English speaking staff to be charming and helpful. It was a short walk from our hotel near Trindade Metro. The interior has a pleasant fresh atmosphere and plenty of seating I didn’t think to take a photo of the salmon bowl until I’d tasted it. The entire bowl was a wonderful blend of flavors but the salmon was a surprise. I generally prefer whole foods but this was a treat. The texture and flavor was just right..

This place is truly great. Recommend booking as it does get busy. If you get the francesinha definitely spend the extra €3 to get the “fried egg” on top. It’s one of the most egg like eggs I’ve had. If I couldn’t eat anything else for the rest of my life than the shrimp tacos I would die extremely happy. They were amazing.

Busy spot, but worth the wait if you forget to reserve a table. Our first and best Francesinha on our trip. Most never get as good a melt on the cheese topping. The surprise star though was the soup du jour, which was a great zucchini soup that was really flavorful.

Kind Kitchen is a fully vegan spot in the heart of Porto, and their Francesinha was absolutely delicious. The extra €2.50 for the vegan fried egg was a fun experience. The “Middle East” bowl with falafel was supremely good, too. Fingers crossed we’ll have room for dessert next time!

Great place to eat. I was lucky to take place at the 'shared table' as solo traveller, but couples/groups might have to book in advance.
Read moreI had the nuggets and the chimicurri steak. The Korean Fried Chicken-sauce and the chimichurri elevated the dish to another level (while the texture of the steak was a bit weird).
Worker on the first floor, when I was there, worked his ass of to keep everybody happy.
Would recommend eating here if you're in Porto.

I'd call this a fancy and hip fast food place, as someone said before me, relying a lot on Beyond Meat and similar replacements. The burger was great, the vegan egg was simply amazing, but we did not care so much for the Francesinha or the Shrimp Tacos. All in all, we didn't leave feeling this was an outstanding culinary experience. Nothing we hadn't had in a similar quality before (except for the egg!!)

Make sure you book ahead for this place on busy days. It’s 2 stories and it gets very busy. We really enjoyed our meals here and the service was great! We had yakisoba (really good!), falafel bowl and cheesecake.

También pedimos la burrata, muy conseguida, lo único por ponerle una pega es que estaba acompañada de pimientos que le robaban el sabor al resto de cosas, pero es algo que volvería a pedir.
Para acabar, una tarta de queso increíble, y un pastel de nata, estaba bien pero hay opciones mejores.
