Mention spéciale au Lobster Crispy Roll, une création bluffante à base de tapioca et de konjac.
Le cadre est élégant, moderne et chaleureux, idéal pour passer un excellent moment. Le service a largement contribué à cette belle expérience : notre serveuse s'est montrée attentive, souriante et a su nous conseiller selon nos goûts. Ses recommandations se sont révélées être d'excellents choix.

Incredible variety of options with delicate flavors I don't usually equate with sushi. Those that appreciate plain options might not be as satisfied here, but they do offer some. The desserts were great as well (gyozas à la pomme and matcha crème brûlée) and much lighter than expected.

Read moreThey just opened two days ago but everything went smoothly during my visit.
The menu is similar to the location around Wagram station, so we got plenty of sushi; and then an apple gyoza and matcha crème brûlée for dessert.
Everything was delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
Great to have this location in the Marais, it's more likely I'll be back soon!

Came here shortly after its opening in May and tried 3 different makis and the mango sticky rice for dessert. Everything was delicious and a very interesting combination of flavours. Nice non-alcoholic cocktails and friendly service as well.

This marks the third location for the Quebec-based chain Bloom Sushi, following its 17th arrondissement and Lyon locations; the Marais neighborhood now has its own botanical sushi spot near Land and Monkeys at the beginning of the street.
Read moreI had the chance to speak with Charly Terrade, who is leading the brand’s expansion and growth in the region. He highlighted the various new initiatives since 2024, emphasizing that the focus is no longer on assembly but on creations crafted from scratch in this kitchen.
The welcome was perfect, and with his team, the culinary experience is truly there to savor the dishes and delights of this restaurant.
I was able to try a large platter of each type of creation: Crunchy Family, Mai Spring Roll, Futomaki, Japanese Tapas, California, Crispy Rice, and their delicious dessert, the matcha crème brûlée with dried flowers.
The Tuna Bliss, for example, is a dish that uses spices and chickpeas to recreate the taste of tuna, and it’s a success, just like the feta creation.
The floral decor, true to Bloom Sushi’s style, is the brand’s signature, and you feel cheerful in this cozy and elegant space.
The restaurant seats around 80 guests indoors and outdoors!
In short, an extraordinary culinary experience in the Marais—not to be missed!
